MINUTES OF THE PLANNING BOARD CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING
STAR TOWER APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL PERMIT AND SITE PLAN REVIEW

MEMBERS PRESENT: Chair Lawrence Salate, Patricia Halpin, Patrick McKeon, Karen Paré, Vincent Vignaly
MEMBERS ABSENT: None
OTHERS PRESENT: Wayne Amico
The Chair opened the continued public hearing at 7:30 p.m. The applicant’s engineer has requested in writing that the hearing be continued again, without taking any evidence tonight, until the first Planning Board meeting in March.
Upon motion of Ms. Paré and second of Mr. McKeon, it was unanimously voted to continue the public hearing until March 10, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
